We are highly pleased to introduce ourselves as M/s. Hi Nepal International ( P.) Ltd., a group of Nepalese entrepreneurs working in the field of foreign employment committed to bridge the aspirations of both the Nepalese human resources of various categories and foreign employers residing especially in Gulf region and Malaysia.

Terms and Condition for Recruitment of Personnel are as follows:

1. Monthly Salary:
In accordance with existing reasonable rates of the Employers’ esteemed organization or in accordance with proposed salary structure enclosed. On specific request, we can also provide you the rates of monthly salary of your required specific categories.


2. Air passage:
Economic class Air-tickets from place of origin to place of employment (Host country) and return to place of origin.After completion of contract is to be provided by employer free or should employer wish to cut recruitment cost one way from place of origin to Host country will be burdened by employee/Agent.

 

3. Commission:
Subject to finalization at the time of signing of Contract

 

4. Time Required for Recruitment:
After receipt of all necessary documents, we will be able to expedite the recruited person within one month.


5. Employees’ Benefit:
Employer shall provide following facilities to the workers:

 
  1. Free reasonable accommodation.
  2. Free medical treatment.
  3. Free transportation
  4. Free food or food allowance
  5. Overtime, annual leave, sick leave, social security insurance and all other benefits will be given to the workers according to labour laws of the host country.

 

 

6. Repatriation:
Dispatch of dead bodies or evacuation due to serious injury will be made to the place of origin at the expense of employer.

 

7. Contract period:
2-3 years but renewable on mutual consent.

 

Any other terms and conditions not mentioned here will be settled at the time of agreement covering laws of the host country and will be settled by our mutual correspondences. Recruitment Duration

The time required for the Deployment of aspirant candidates to the host country, from the finalization of the contract will be one or two months subject to timely arrival of required documents, speedy Government clearance and visa endorsement, and the availability of seats in Airlines concerned.

 

 

Traveling Arrangements

In all cases, the Agent of Employer makes arrangement with airlines for transportation of the employees from Nepal to the nearest Airport of the working site according to employer’s desire. PTA may be sent to any airlines operating from Kathmandu under intimation to us.

 

Recruitment policy
1. On receipt of the pertinent documents, we first locate the most suitable and experienced personnel from the application/bio-data; which registered with us for every type of trade. These application/Bio data is to be collected by us through different sources. If sufficient number of required personnel is not found in register, then we advertise for the required persons. On receipt of the application/Bio-data, we scrutinize these documents and select the best possible candidates strictly in accordance with the recruitments of our principal.

 

2. For our further satisfaction about the merits of the prospective candidates, after scrutinizing the application/Bio-Data, we call the candidates for interview and practical Trade Test to appear before our selection Committee which is composed of expert of that particular trade who consider cases on the basis of merit and practical experiences. Those experts hold detailed interview followed by practical test.

 

3. After final scrutiny at our end, we send the passport particulars along with applications/Bio-Data of those selected personnel to the respective employers for their final selection, to arrange Visas/NOCs and complete other formalities.

 

4. Before the candidates are selected (or nominated) for employment, we send them for medical examination to the Doctor/Hospital or as advised by the employers to ensure that the candidates are physically fit and signed by the examining Doctors for each candidates.

 

5. On completion of all the foregoing formalities, we provide the standard foreign employment agreement approved by our principal for signature by the candidates.

 

On receipt of Visas/NOCs of selected candidates, we book their seats on the first available flight and send Telex/fax to the principal advising them the date and flight number by which the candidates fly to their Zone of operations.
